The service
AVIERIX provides a subscription business management system with the modules each company contracts. The company is responsible for the data it enters and the decisions it makes with it.
Accounts and access
Each person signs in with their own account. The company manages who enters, with which role and branches, and must remove access when appropriate. Credentials are personal and non-transferable.
Electronic invoicing
Submission to SUNAT is performed by an authorized provider (PSE/OSE). AVIERIX records what that provider answers; the fiscal validity of a document is determined by SUNAT.
Availability and backups
AVIERIX keeps backups and recovery procedures. Maintenance windows are announced in advance. The committed service level is stated in each company's contract.
Data ownership
The data belongs to the company. It can be fully exported at any time and deleted on termination.
Termination
Either party may terminate with the agreed notice. On termination the company has a period to export its data before permanent deletion.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru.
